BOSS Sikhi camp application form

* The information you provide will be held securely and will not be disclosed to any other third party.
* All fields with a star (*) next to them must be completed with the correct information.
* No application will be accepted without proof of ID such as a passport or driving license of the applicant and a recent photo of the applicant.
* The fee for attending BOSS Sikhi Camp 2024 is £199 per person. There is a student discount of £34 (subject to availability). Students must upload a photo of your valid student ID card to be eligible). The online platform we use takes a small booking fee. This will be added to your total at the checkout.
* An early bird discount of £179 applies to all non-students who apply before 29th February 2024. This discount is automatically applied at the checkout.
`* All applications are pending approval. Your payment will be refunded if not approved. Applicants must be 16 years of age or over on 28th July 2024.
* If the information that you provide is false or misleading your application will be rejected. The Sikhi Camp team hold the right to refuse any application deemed necessary.
* If your application has gone through successfully you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure that admin@sikhicamp.org is in your safe list otherwise your confirmation may end up in your spam/junk mail folder.
*To protect your personal information we would like to assure you that the online form platform we use is a secure online form hosted by the same company used by the likes of Amazon and Microsoft. Once you have completed the form you will be directed to the payment page which is again securely hosted by Stripe. All Data is held securely and will be deleted by August 2024.
